and was launched with TechSoup Global in 2010.
The Future Generation Foundation (FGF) is a
nonprofit, nongovernmental organization formed in 1998 by key leading members
of the private sector with a clear objective of developing Egypt's business
sector, enabling it to compete in the global arena.
FGF works
in partnership with strategic & sustainable partners to transform the
business culture and elevate the capacities of Egypt's human capital aiming to
address the gap between education and employment.
FGF's
mission is to contribute to Egypt's economic growth and global competitiveness
efforts by enhancing workforce performance through high quality, practical,
state-of-the-art human resources development activities in accordance with the
business community evolving needs.

Youth
Academy:
- The youth Academy grants fresh public
university graduates the unique opportunity to realize their potential and
work/life aspirations. It exposes fresh graduates to hands on training &
development in line with industry needs through the Graduate Resource Program
Scholarship that enhances the Business English & IT Skills as well as the
interpersonal skills.
- Communication
and Information Technology Academy (CIT):
- The
CIT Academy works to elevate the caliber of technical professionals in Egypt
& the region to the international level, through offering fundamental
demand-driven programs addressing the core of the IT needs along with the
essential Business skills to develop a cadre of IT Specialists with an edge in
business.
- Center
for Executive Excellence (CEE):
- The Center for Executive Excellence's
mission is to launch world class, practical, relevant and affordable-Management
Development Programs. The CEE offers a variety of programs tailored to build
leadership capacities for Senior, Middle and Junior Executives.
